If we can't confirm something at the source, we tell you; we don't fill the gap with an inference.

It depends on the type of check. Direct-source checks — employment, education, corporate standing, and digital footprint — are typically our fastest, though timing still depends on how quickly the institution itself responds.

Managed government applications — such as a Police Character Certificate, a birth certificate, or a driver's licence — move on official processing timelines that no verification company controls. We file and track these, and we give you a realistic timeline upfront rather than promising instant results.

We report exactly that. Our report states what was confirmed and by whom — and where a record could not be verified at the source, we say so plainly. We never present an unconfirmed record as verified.

Yes. Subject data is handled with consent and confidentiality at every step. Where consent is required for a check, we do not proceed without it, and clients confirm they have obtained the necessary consent before submitting a request. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

We're honest about what we don't offer yet: health record verification and credit score checks are in development — there's no established compliant channel for health records in-market today, and credit checks legally require a licensed credit bureau subscription we don't yet hold. We list these as unavailable rather than imply a capability we don't have.
